Thank you for considering Guildford Vegan Village. Please note that this is part of a bigger event in the town centre:

Sunday 15th November 2025 - Festive Family Fun Day
*Please note that Green Day is to consist only of food/drink vendors (made in the UK where possible) and charities.
- Parking is available nearby including Castle Car Park.
- You must have a sturdy pop-up gazebo (not a flimsy garden one) and heavy weights (minimum of 12kg on each leg with double recommended in high winds). If we find that your equipment doesn’t withstand the weather or becomes a hazard on the day of the event, then it wouldn’t be suitable to continue trading.
- You must have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. See more about documentation requirements at www.sparkleveganevents.com/paperwork.
- Power is not available so gas is permitted (when approved by us in advance via email).
- Alcohol traders require a personal licence and a TEN.
