Thank you for considering Guildford Vegan Fiesta.

- Parking is available nearby including Castle Car Park.

- You must have a sturdy pop-up gazebo (not a flimsy garden one) and heavy weights (minimum of 12kg on each leg with double recommended in high winds). If we find that your equipment doesn’t withstand the weather or becomes a hazard on the day of the event, then it wouldn’t be suitable to continue trading.

- You must have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. See more about documentation requirements at www.sparkleveganevents.com/paperwork.

- Power is not available so gas and battery is permitted (when approved by us in advance via email). No generators are allowed.

- Alcohol traders require a personal licence and a TEN.
