A Guide to Creating a Stallholder Account

In this guide, we’ll show you how to create an Eventaly account and apply for events managed through Eventaly.

1: Create a FREE Eventaly Account

– by selecting the pink ‘Sign Up‘ button on the Eventaly home page.

Or you may be asked to ‘Sign Up’ if you have clicked on an Application link shared by an event organiser via their websites, social media or email.

2: Select ‘I am a Stallholder

Add your business name and email address then select ‘Register‘.

Please note: There are 2 different types of accounts: one for organisers and one for stallholders.

3: Check Your Emails

Follow the verification link in the email to set a new password, then log in.

*If you get an error that says you already have an account – follow the steps to reset your password – you’ll get an email to change it.

4: Complete & Save Your Profile

Your trader profile has 4 sections and is saved to your Eventaly account, you’ll only need to complete your profile once (unless your details change in which case it can easily be edited).

Applying for future markets in Eventaly is super quick and simple because all your details, including images, are already saved!

Once all the sections of your profile are saved you’ll see a green tick next to each one. You can now APPLY for the market using the organiser’s application link!

5: How to Apply:

Click on application link that your market organiser has shared with you or look for the pink button with the market name. Alternatively, you can copy & paste the event link in your browser, then:

Select the date(s) you want to apply for;

Select the stall type (even if there is only one showing!);

• Tick to confirm you’ve read the T&C’s;

• Click the Send Application button!

Your Eventaly Dashboard!

Within your Eventaly account you will see your ‘Event dashboard’ (can be found in the main menu). This clearly displays your event Applications – so it’s easy to keep track of your application status.

The dashboard also shows all your Invoices – any outstanding invoices can be paid for from here.

There is also a Messages section so you’re able to view any emails an organiser has sent to you about the event.
