The venue consists of a large hall with a mezzanine gallery floor - all inside. There is no step-free access to the mezzanine floor so please ensure you add any accessibility requirements on your Eventaly profile.
NEW FOR 2025: Due to popular demand, I am delighted to share with you some new plans for 2025. There will be a large marquee (to protect us against the Winter elements) for additional exhibitors in between the Coal Shed, Chimney and Musuem.
There are a few other changes, so do read the exhibitor information page on our website to make yourself familiar with them all.
HOT FOOD: We have scope for trailers, vans & gazebos! Electricity can be provided but is limited (please specify if you require electricity). Please ensure you add your specs/measurements in your profile so we know what space you require. Prices £80 per day or £150 for the weekend.
Gazebos will have to be fully removed at the end of each trading day.
PITCHES:
Inside the Coal Shed & Marquee:
Pitches are either 6ft or 4ft. Both include a table & 1 chair. If you can and prefer to bring your own table or have a bespoke set-up that fits within the 6ft space, please select the 'table excluded' option.
Table sizes (approximately) + prices:
6ft: 180cm x 70 cm - £80 per day or £156 for the weekend in Coal Shed or £70 per day or £140 in Marquee
4ft (very limited): 120cm x 60cm - £53 per day or £116 per day in the Coal Shed
Rail space is an additional £10 per booking. If you need space for a rail, please select the '+ RAIL SPACE' option as you will not be able to add on at a later date or on the day. This allows you to bring a small rail (up to 90cms in length) - rails not provided)
If you require a bespoke set-up/larger space etc outside of these options, please message me for a quote.
BROWSERS: Browsers are free of charge but please add this to your pitch requirements in your profile.
GENERAL INFO:
- Event running time: 10:30am - 4:30pm (you'll have at least one hour to set up or the opportunity to set up on the Friday) - more info will be available in your exhibitor pack)
- Extra space must be agreed & paid for in advanced - please select the correct pitch (such as if you need a rail space) as we may not be able to add this on at a later date.
- Payment: Payment is due 10 days from date of invoice. You can pay directly through Eventaly via Stripe. If payment is not received, your space will be automatically cancelled. If you need more time or help with payments, please contact me directly. Please note, as of June 2025 I have changed bank accounts so if you prefer to pay me directly, please get in touch for my new details. I will not have time to chase up late payments but if you need longer, please just contact me as I am happy to accommodate.
- PLI - All stallholders must have PLI & any relevant safety certificates
- Food traders: If you are selling food to eat on site, I will be required to see your risk assessment, food safety certificate & any other relevant certificates.
