So Crafty - Artisan Market Stalybridge

Join us for three dates over the Autumn/Winter season in a beautiful, warm, indoor venue, sheltered from the wind and rain!

We have around 40 stalls available. If you're a creative, please get in touch. Candles, jewellery, sweet or savoury bakes, art, stationary, fashion, accessories - all genres considered. These markets will be carefully curated so no exact duplicates of stalls.

Just £40 for a single tabletop space, and tables are provided. Trading hours 10am-3pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘Vendor’ means any person, firm or company who has been granted a stall at the event detailed on the invoice. The term ‘Organiser’ refers to So Retro/So Crafty.

- Bookings are not confirmed until the Organiser has received a minimum of £5 deposit.

- The deposit of £5 is none refundable and the remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 7 days before the event.

- If the Vendor wishes to cancel the stand space booking after acceptance by the Organiser, they must give at least 7 days notice prior to the event.

-Should a vendor not be able to attend the market, and appropriate notice is given in the stipulated timeframe, a refund will be issued or the Organiser will work with the Vendor to try and transfer the booking to another suitable event.

- Refunds are not issued as standard after the cancellation date.

- Vendors must turn up to the market at latest 1 hour before the events opening times. Failure to do so may result in the stall being cancelled and no refund will be given.

- We accept lateness is, on occasion, out of your control, but due to the effect of the surrounding traders and the market as a whole we please ask that you inform us as soon as you can if you are going to be late. Repeated lateness may result in refusal in you trading at future events.

- It is not permissible for stallholders to change their stall position on the day unless discussed and agreed with the Organiser.

- Some venues have tables and chairs available for use, others don’t. We will specify at the time what is available but it is ultimately your responsibility make sure you’re aware of what included in your booking.

- All vendors must comply with their allocated market space. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or result in removal from the event.

- Stallholders must operate strictly within the boundaries of the stall. Please be considerate to your market neighbours.

- Under no circumstance do we accept any abusive language whether through social media, email or in person. Abusive language will result in no participation in the event.

- You must have your own public liability insurance in place, and we will require proof.

- When setting up, closing down, loading and unloading, care should be taken for your safety and the safety of others. Please think of trip hazards, sharp objects, health and hygiene hazards to ensure the safety of yourself and visitors.

- Vendors are asked to clear away all boxes, bags and spare rails before the fair opens as we will not be liable for anyone who trips or injures themselves as a result.

- Vendors are responsible for their own stock and fittings. Any theft of stock or damage of personal fittings or furniture is not the responsibility of the organiser or the venue.

- You will be given set up instructions and a layout before the event. It gives you information such as offloading times, event times, car parking etc.

- Should a stallholder need to leave an event early it is expected they will first gain permission from the event organiser.

- When leaving the event stallholders must remove and take away their trade waste and ensure the stall area is in the same condition that it was in before they set up their stall that day.

When you make payment for your pitch, you are agreeing to adhere to all the above.

SO RETRO VINTAGE FAIR - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘Vendor’ means any person, firm or company who has been granted a stall at the event detailed on the invoice. The term ‘Organiser’ refers to So Retro.

- Bookings are not confirmed until the Organiser has received a minimum of £20 deposit, and a booking confirmation has been sent out.

- The deposit of £20 is none refundable and the remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least two weeks (14 days) before the event.

- If the Vendor wishes to cancel the stand space booking after acceptance by the Organiser, they must give at least two week’s (14 days) written notice prior to the event. Should a vendor not be able to attend the fair, and appropriate notice is given in the stipulated timeframe, a refund will be issued or the Organiser will work with the Vendor to try and transfer the booking to another suitable event.

- Refunds are not issued as standard after the cancellation date, but may be issued by the Organiser on a case-by-case basis.

- Vendors must turn up to the fair at latest 1 hour before the events opening times. Failure to do so may result in the stall being cancelled and no refund will be given.

- All stock being sold MUST be vintage (at least 20 years old) OR vintage-inspired OR be repurposed vintage, e.g. reupholstered furniture, repurposed fabric, jewellery etc. We do not accept general crafts or market retailers unless you are trading at a specific SO CRAFTY event
