Unloading & Parking
You should be able to park close to your stall. Please try to park in front or behind your stall so you don't block traders setting up next to you. Please also be considerate not to block routes through for other vehicles. Once your stall has been set up you will need to move your vehicle to a car park for the day. Please confirm your arrival and where to set up with the event manager.
You must bring your own gazebo and equipment with you. Your pitch accommodates a 3m x 3m gazebo (unless otherwise arranged). Please also bring appropriate weights for your gazebo even if the forecast is for low winds.
Parking - Merton Meadow car park next to Hereford FC is the cheapest and largest car park within Hereford and is approximately a 5m walk away. Goal St is closer but is more expensive.
Floorplan
Floorplan will be sent out the week of the event.

Toilets
Public toilets are situated in Goal St, Maylord Shopping centre (2mins) and also M&S within Hightown has toilets.
