We welcome applications from talented makers, artists, designers, small-batch producers, and small businesses from around the world.
However, we are unable to accept bakers, hot food traders, alcohol sellers, MLM businesses, franchises, or charities at this event.
Pitches (full information can be found on our website):
There are 3 pitches available and two locations:
- 6ft space - table included (measuring approx 180cm x 70cm) - Hall 1: £58 / Hall 2: £55
- 6ft space (table not included) - Hall 1: £55 / Hall 2: £52
- 4ft space table included (measuring approx 120cm x 60cm) - Hall 1: £43 / Hall 2: £40
- Workshop area - 1/2 stage all day £38
You can add a small rail (length to measure no more than 110cm) alongside your pitch for an additional £10. Browsers are free of charge but please add this to your 'Notes' section in your profile.
General info (a full exhibitors pack will be given 2 weeks ahead of the event):
- Event running time: 10am - 3:30pm (with at least one hour to set up)
- Extra space must be agreed & paid for in advanced - please select the correct pitch (such as if you need a rail space) as we may not be able to add this on at a later date.
- Payment: Payment is due 10 days from date of invoice. You can pay directly through Eventaly via Stripe. If payment is not received, your space will be automatically cancelled. If you need more time or help with payments, please contact me directly.
- PLI - All stallholders must have PLI & any relevant safety certificates.
- T&C's: By submitting an application through Eventaly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions available on our website. Please note our T&C'S & cancellation policy has been updated in January 2026.
