Unloading info
Timings
The event will open to the public at 10am and traders can begin packing down at around 3pm. Unloading will begin at 8:30am (or 8:15am if you require electricity). People will not be able to pack up until the event is finished at 3pm unless they have prior agreement from Julia.

Venue Address
Cirencester Vegan Market is taking place on Market Pl, Cirencester which is outside and open to the public at all times. During the event no vehicles will be allowed to enter Market Place.

Directions
If you are using a satnav/google maps please use this address to gain access to the event: 34A Market Pl, Cirencester GL7 2NW.
This will bring you all the way to the event. I've attached a satellite map to explain the arrival. Market Place is a one-way road so in theory everyone should arrive at the same point!
You will drive along Market Place, past the market and church on your left and then turn left into the Market Place car park. Please wait at the bollards for someone to come and check you in and guide you onto site. You should be able to park up fairly close to your pitch to unload. Please allow enough space for other traders to get past you while you unload.

Unloading

Traders who have booked electricity are able to set up from 8:15am. Those without can set up from 8:30am. It is unloading only on the Market Place.
Once you have unloaded please get back into your vehicle to park it elsewhere. You may erect your gazebo but must not start setting up your stall until you have moved your vehicle. All vehicles must be off site by 9:45am. If you arrive after 9:45am you will not be able to bring your vehicle onto the site and will have to carry your things onto the site.

Your Pitch
You must bring your own gazebo and equipment with you. Your pitch accommodates a 3m x 3m gazebo (unless otherwise arranged). Please also bring appropriate weights for your gazebo even if the forecast is for low winds.

Floorplan
The floorplan will be available on the day.
Please find and speak to someone in a high vis before setting up your pitch to confirm you are in the correct place.
If you plan to switch pitches with another trader please consult both Julia and the other trader first.
Any special requests for pitch placement will have been taken into consideration.
If you are unhappy with your pitch please make me aware as soon as possible.

Parking
Free all-day parking is available on Sundays in the staff car parks serving Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, GL7 1PX and St James's Place, Hammond Way, GL7 1FP (next to the Leisure Centre). The closest car park is Forum Car Park but charges now apply on a Sunday. For a list of other car parks visit: https://www.cirencester.co.uk/car-parks-in-cirencester/#breadcrumbs

Electricity
Electricity will only be provided to those who booked in advance of the event and are marked on the plan. If you have booked electricity please bring extension cables with you and ensure that all your equipment is PAT tested. The electric towers are an industrial power socket and an extension cable that fits into a 16amp or 32amp 3 pin socket is required. Please also bring a cable cover to cover your wires and make sure all your cables are appropriate for outdoor use.

Wifi
is no specific WIFI for Traders – however being in the town centre signal should be good.

Waste
Please take all of your waste with you as per our terms and conditions. We are unable to accommodate your waste. Any waste left on site will incur a clean up fee form the council which we will pass on to you.

Toilets
Public toilets are not available in Cirencester so we would advise using one of the businesses on the market place.

Pack up
The event finishes at 3pm.
Strictly no packing away before 3pm as this could become a safety issue with patrons still at the event.
No vehicles allowed onsite till 3pm.
Vehicles will enter the site the same way you drove in.

Health & Safety
Please make sure you have all your correct documentation with you in case Environmental Health officers turn up and ask to see it. What to bring:
A copy of your public liability insurance.
A completed risk assessment
Hand sanitiser for yourself and for customers if they are handling your products.
If you are serving food:
A copy of your Food Safety Certificate Allergen information and risk assessment (including fire assessment if cooking)

Verbal/Physical Abuse
Please note that any verbal or physical abuse towards other stallholders, members of the public, caretakers or management will not be tolerated. Any stall holder exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and all future events booked in with us will be immediately cancelled.
