Application info below - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

Event running time: 11AM - 5PM (with at least 1.5 hours to set up in advance)

There are 3 different pitches available - ALL OUTSIDE:

  • Large pitch - £60 - You'll be bringing your own gazebo/table/equipment Choose from either a 3x3m, 2.5x2.5m or 2x2m depending on size of your gazebo. Same price but it just helps us plan our pitches accordingly.
    •  All gazebos must be fit for purpose and fully secured with appropriate heavy-duty weights on each leg, in all weather conditions. We recommend the use of proper commercial gazebos to withstand the British weather conditions.
  • 6ft (180cm)Table Pitch - £60 - A 6ft table will be provided for you under a shared gazebo facing outwards. Table dimensions: approx 180cm x 74cm.
  • 4ft (120cm)Table Pitch - £46 - A 4ft table will be provided for you under a shared gazebo facing outwards. These tables are suitable for set-ups under 30kg ONLY and therefore are NOT suitable for heavy items (e.g large ceramics/glass) or heavy displays. Table dimensions: 120cm x 60cm.

No chairs provided for any pitches, so bring your own if you need one.

If you require a larger pitch/trailer pitch - please contact us directly for a bespoke pitch.

You're welcome to share large (gazebo) pitches as long as you both have PLI, however please let me know in advance who you'll be sharing with.

How to confirm your space / Payment / Deposits:

  • Deposits/Payment plans are not currently an option on Eventaly.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email first, followed by an invoice. Please settle your invoice by the due date shown to confirm your space (usually 10 days but depends how close the event day is).
  • If payment is not received by the due date, your space will be automatically cancelled.
  • If you need more time or help with payments, please contact me directly. In most cases, I will be happy to extend but I do need to know in advance as once payment date has passed, your space may be offered to someone else. a £10 non-refundable deposit may be applied.

PLI: All stallholders must have PLI & any relevant safety certificates

Bad weather / rain policy: We will only cancel if it is too unsafe to go ahead (see below) - this doesn't' mean we will cancel for rain so bear that in mind when booking (only unless it is deemed to be too unsafe).

Terms & Conditions: Our T&C's & Cancellation Policy has been updated (January 2026).

By submitting an application through Eventaly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions available on our website.

See below for Jubilee Square Bad Weather Policy:

  • If an event at Jubilee Square is cancelled due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule the event.

  • You may transfer your booking to the rescheduled date.

  • If rescheduling is not possible or you are unable to attend the new date, a refund will be issued minus £15 to cover site deposits, advertising, and admin costs.

  • Transfers to any other dates at this venue will not be permitted.

  • Cancellations made by the venue or due to circumstances outside our control are non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to recover costs from the party responsible.

  • No refunds will be given if you cancel because your products or set-up are not suitable for the weather on the day.
