We're back for a second year at Brighton Fringe's Jubilee Square location in the heart of Brighton, running from April to Oct. Please ensure you click 'Read more about this event' for pitch info.

Application info below - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

Event running time: 11AM - 5PM (with at least 1.5 hours to set up in advance)

There are 3 different pitches available:

  • Gazebo pitch - £56 - You'll be bringing your own gazebo/table/equipment (just select your correct gazebo size in the application). Gazebos will be placed in linear lines close together. Limited corner options available. Please ensure your gazebo is fit for purpose and fully secured using correct heavy duty weights, in all weather conditions, on each leg.
  • 6ft Table Pitch - £55 - A 6ft table will be provided for you under a shared gazebo facing outwards. Please select this option if you have heavy items/display or need extra space alongside the table. Table dimensions: approx 180cm x 74cm.
  • 4ft Table Pitch - £42 - A 4ft table will be provided for you under a shared gazebo facing outwards. These will be slightly different to last year - you'll be sharing a side of a gazebo which will mean there won't be any extra space for rails etc. A browser can be accommodated depending on weather. These tables are suitable for set-ups under 30kg ONLY and therefore are NOT suitable for heavy items (e.g ceramics) or heavy displays. Table dimensions: 120cm x 60cm.

No chairs provided for any pitches, so bring your own if you need one.

If you require a larger pitch/trailer pitch - please contact us directly for a bespoke pitch.

You're welcome to share gazebo pitches as long as you both have PLI, however please let me know in advance who you'll be sharing with.

Payment & Deposits:

UPDATED 14/06/2025: if accepted after this date, you’ll have 1, 3, 5 or 7 days to settle invoice and confirm your space (the amount of days will depend on how far in advance the market is taking place.
If payment is not received by the due date, your space will be automatically cancelled. If you need more time or help with payments, please contact me directly.

Bad weather policy: We will only cancel if it is too unsafe to go ahead (this doesn't' mean we will cancel for rain so bear that in mind when booking). In the event of cancellation, we will try to reschedule for another date at the venue which you can transfer to (at no charge). If this is not possible or you can't make the rescheduled date, a refund will be given but £15 will be deducted to help towards site fees, spent advertising & admin costs etc. In order for a refund of a cancelled event to be awarded, bank details must be provided within 7 days of being requested. We cannot transfer you to another date as the majority will be booked up and to ensure fairness to all.
