The Brighton Festive Makers Fair @ Wagner Hall

PLEASE NOTE: ALL INSIDE PITCHES ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED. IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR AN INSIDE PITCH - YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST. WE WILL ONLY BE IN TOUCH IF WE CAN OFFER YOU A SUITABLE SPACE.

Pitches:

  • 6ft table provided (measuring approx 180cm x 70cm) - £58 per day
  • 6ft - no table provided - £54 per day
  • 4ft table provided (measuring approx 120cm x 60cm) - £43 per day
  • Outside 3x3m (bring your own gazebo) - £25 per day
  • Outside 3x3m (gazebo provided) - £45 per day

There are limited 6ft tables - please select the pitch without a table if you are able to bring your own. Some pitches will be placed on the stage (access via a few steps) OR with the table backed up to wall with a chair to the side. If either are unsuitable, add this to your requirements on your Eventaly profile.

RAILS: You can add a small rail (length to measure no more than 110cm) alongside your pitch for an additional £10. Rail spaces are extremely limited - please check your invoice/booking to see if you've been charged).

BROWSERS: Browsers are free of charge but please add this to your pitch requirements in your profile.

OUTSIDE PITCHES: You will need to provide your own tables for all outside pitches. The outside trading area will be in the Fig Tree Courtyard. Hot Food are welcome to apply but must be gazebo trading only (no vans or trailers). There is no scope to drive into site but you can unload from just outside the courtyard. Electricity can be supplied.

  • Event running time: 10:30am - 4:30pm (you'll have at least one hour to set up - more info will be available in your exhibitor pack)
  • Extra space must be agreed & paid for in advanced - please select the correct pitch (such as if you need a rail space) as we may not be able to add this on at a later date.
  • Payment: Payment is due 10 days from date of invoice. You can pay directly through Eventaly via Stripe. If payment is not received, your space will be automatically cancelled. If you need more time or help with payments, please contact me directly. Please note, as of June 2025 I have changed bank accounts so if you prefer to pay me directly, please get in touch.
  • PLI - All stallholders must have PLI & any relevant safety certificates
  • T&C's: By submitting an application through Eventaly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions available on our website.
