We’ll be bringing you over 60 stalls packed with amazing finds, including preloved fashion, baby essentials, designer bargains, toys, antiques, collectibles, shoes, handbags, sports equipment, and loads of other things you didn’t even know you needed.

Terms & Conditions for Too Good To Throw Market Events

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or attending any Too Good To Throw Market event. By booking a stall or attending an event, you agree to the terms below.


1. Stall Site Allocation & Positioning

  1. Pitch spaces are allocated solely by the event organisers.
  2. If you would like to request a specific pitch location or change, you must contact us at least 7 days before the event. While we will always try to help, specific locations cannot be guaranteed due to venue layout and trader requirements.
  3. Stallholders must not move to another pitch space without prior approval from the organisers.

2. Setting Up, Closing Down, Loading & Unloading

  1. Stallholders must follow all arrival, set-up, pack-down, loading and unloading times provided for each event.
  2. Late arrivals may be refused entry if organisers believe the stall cannot be ready before opening time.
  3. Before leaving your pitch, all stallholders must:
    • Remove all rubbish
    • Leave the space clean and in the same condition it was found
  4. Stallholders are responsible for disposing of all waste brought to the event.
  5. Failure to comply may result in:
    • Refusal of future bookings
    • Immediate removal from the event for inappropriate behaviour or breach of terms

3. Photography & Filming

  1. Photography and filming may take place at all Too Good To Throw Market events for promotional, marketing and archive purposes. This may include stalls, products and attendees.
  2. Images or video may be used on:
    • Our website
    • Social media channels
    • Printed promotional materials including magazines, flyers and adverts
  3. By attending or trading, you agree that Too Good To Throw Market may use photographs or video taken during events without further written consent.
  4. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please:
    • Inform the photographer and organisers on the day
    • Email us in advance at [email protected] with a written request and photo for identification (kept confidential)
  5. If no written objection is received, participation in the event will be taken as acceptance of this policy.

4. Stallholder & Visitor Disclaimer

Too Good To Throw Market aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. However:

Personal Belongings

  • Stallholders and visitors are fully responsible for their own belongings, stock and personal items.
  • We accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Overnight Storage

  • We do not provide overnight storage or security.
  • Any items left overnight are entirely at the owner’s risk.

Security

  • While we work to maintain a safe venue, all participants should take reasonable precautions to protect their belongings.
  • Please report suspicious behaviour to staff or security immediately.

Insurance

  • Stallholders are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance for stock, equipment and public liability where appropriate.

5. Liability & Event Participation

Participation at Own Risk

All attendees, stallholders, volunteers and organisers attend at their own risk. Too Good To Throw Market is not liable for accidents, injury, loss or damage during the event.

Safety Responsibilities

All participants should take reasonable care including:

  • Avoiding trip hazards
  • Securing belongings
  • Following parking and traffic rules
  • Respecting venue safety guidance

Merchandise

Stallholders are solely responsible for the quality, legality, authenticity and safety of goods they sell. Too Good To Throw Market does not endorse or guarantee any products.


6. Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue issues or emergencies. Notice will be given as soon as possible.

Stallholder Cancellations

  1. All cancellations are subject to a £5 administration fee, deducted from any refund.
  2. A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for stall cancellations.
  3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a 50% stall fee charge.
  4. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and the full stall fee remains payable.
  5. All bookings are non-transferable.

7. Release of Liability

By attending or trading at any Too Good To Throw Market event, you release Too Good To Throw Market, its organisers, staff and affiliates from claims relating to injury, accidents, theft, loss or damage arising from participation.


8. Behaviour & Rule Compliance

  1. All participants must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
  2. Venue rules and organiser instructions must be followed.
  3. Anyone causing disruption, acting abusively or breaching terms may be asked to leave immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

No unauthorised individual or organisation may copy, reproduce, edit or use Too Good To Throw Market photographs, videos, branding or promotional materials without prior written permission.


10. Amendments

Too Good To Throw Market reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
