Unloading info

Timings:

The event will open to the public at 10am and traders will begin packing down at around 3pm.
Unloading will begin at 8:30am. People will not be able to pack up until the event is finished at 3pm unless they have prior agreement from myself.

Unloading & Parking
There is a load in door at the side of the venue. Please go through the green gates opposite St Helens Rugby Ground. There can only be 2 vehicles at a time maximum in the unloading bay so you either have to wait for the bay to become free or alternatively you can unload from the main road. There is parking opposite in the car park, first come first serve or alternatively 100yds away at the Brangwyn hall.
Your pitch
You must bring your own table with you. Your pitch accommodates a 6ft x 2ft table (if you bring anything bigger you may be charged more).
 
Please ensure you have a table cover and you check the security of the table legs before setting up, no responsibility can be taken for tables collapsing.
You are not permitted to fix anything onto the venue walls. Pull up banners are allowed.
 
Floorplan
Will be done in advance of the event and sent out the week of the event. If you have a specific request for pitch position please let us know.
Outdoor pitches
Please bring your own gazebos with you.
Electricity
Electricity will only be provided to those inside the venue who booked in advance of the event. If you have booked electricity please bring extension cables with you and ensure that all your equipment is PAT tested. The sockets in the venue are standard 13amp domestic plugs.
Wifi
There is free wifi for this event which will be confirmed on the day.
Waste
Please take all of your waste with you as per our terms and conditions. We are unable to accommodate your waste.
Pack up
  • The event finishes at 3pm.
  • Strictly no packing away before 3pm as this could become a safety issue with patrons still at the event
Health & Safety
What you will need to trade on the day:
  • Public liability insurance.
  • Risk assessment
  • Pat certificate (if using electricity)
If you are serving food:
  • A copy of your Food Safety Certificate
  • Food safety risk assessment including allergen information and fire risk assessment (if cooking)
  • Gas safety certificate (if cooking on gas)
  • Appropriate sneeze guards covering your food
  • Way of cleaning your hands before you touch food
  • A cover or matting to cover the venue floor so there are no food spillages/stains (if you damage the venue floor and you will be liable for any damages)
All traders must have the above. If you do not have these you will not be able to trade on the day.
