It's been a while since the Urban Market was last in Dundee so it's exciting to have a brand new venue to call home!
We’re combining forces to offer a brilliant indoor market packed full of super-talented independent traders, a fully stocked bar and coffee shop, music and all-round good vibes.
Urban Market 2025 Dates
Sat 17th May, 11am - 4pm
Sat 22nd November (not invoiced until 22nd August), 11am - 4pm
Pitch Fee: £50
To Note:
- 6ft trestle tables (if wanted) & chairs are included in the pitch price
- Access from 2 hours before start
- You can drive to the door to unload / load and there is on-street free parking
- Your booking is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid
- Your booking is non-refundable so please check your dates carefully!

Terms and Conditions for Urban Market Traders
- Booking and Payment
- Pitch fees are non-refundable.
- Until your pitch fee is paid, your space is not confirmed.
- Cancellation Policy
- If the market is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, traders will be offered a refund or the chance to rescheduled to another market.
- Cleanliness and Waste
- Traders must take away all rubbish and leave their space as they found it.
- Insurance Requirements
- All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £1 million. Proof of insurance may be requested on the day.
- Additional Provisions
- The market organiser reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at their discretion. Any updates will be communicated to traders promptly.
By participating in the Urban Market, traders agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
