Join us for one of the most distinctive Christmas markets in the South East, set within the stunning 40-acre grounds of the Weald & Downland Living Museum in Singleton, West Sussex.
Now in its established annual tradition, our Christmas Market weekend brings together a carefully curated selection of traders alongside a full programme of festive activities for visitors. This is not a standard market — our event is built around the Museum's unique character and heritage, and we select traders who reflect that ethos: handmade goods, unique gifts and highly skilled craft.

The Museum's collection of historic buildings has been awarded Designated status by Arts Council England, making it one of the most significant collections of vernacular architecture in the country. As traders, you will be selling in an environment that visitors simply cannot experience anywhere else — a genuinely special backdrop that drives footfall and creates lasting memories for your customers.

The 2026 Christmas Market will run across three days:

Friday 20th November: 4.00pm – 8.00pm
Saturday 21st November: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Sunday 22nd November: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Market stalls will be located across various areas of the Museum site, including the Event Field Marquee and outdoor pitches on the Mill Pond Green and Market Square Green. The event is ticket-only, with up to 3,500 visitors per day, all of whom travel to the site specifically to experience the market and festive programme.
