We're heading back to the British Engineerium in Hove for a truly magical Winter Makers Fair.
We welcome applications from high-quality makers, artists, designers, illustrators, food & drink producers, ceramists, jewellers & more.
There are several exhibiting spaces available including the large exhibition hall & gallery floor, a large outside marquee and outside gazebo/horsebox options too.
Electricity can be provided but is limited (please specify if you require electricity).
PITCHES - prices are per day:
Inside the main exhibition hall (events space):
6ft pitch (table provided): £85
6ft pitch (no table provided): £82
4ft table included (limited): £57
Rail space is an additional £12 per booking. If you need space for a rail, please select the '+ RAIL SPACE' option as you will not be able to add on at a later date or on the day. This allows you to bring a small rail (up to 110cm in length - rails not provided)
Inside the marquee:

4ft table included (very limited): £50
Outside Gazebo trading: £80 - You must have a commercial grade gazebo & adequate weights on all legs. Any gazebos that are deemed unsafe, may be asked to be removed (no refunds will be given if this is the case). Suitable for food, drinks, artists & makers etc.
Outside Hot food / coffee truck: £120 - we can accommodate commercial gazebos/horseboxes/trailers/trucks etc - please ensure you add to your Eventaly profile the size you require so we can plan the space accordingly.
If you prefer to bring your own table or have a bespoke set-up that fits within the 6ft space, please select the 'no table provided' option.
If you require a bespoke set-up/larger space etc outside of these options, please message me for a quote.
BROWSERS: Browsers are free of charge but please add this to your pitch requirements in your profile.
GENERAL INFO:
- Event running time: 10:30am - 5pm (you'll have at least one hour to set up or the opportunity to set up on the Friday) - more info will be available in your exhibitor pack)
- Extra space must be agreed & paid for in advanced - please select the correct pitch (such as if you need a rail space) as we may not be able to add this on at a later date.
- Payment: Payment is due 10 days from date of invoice. You can pay directly through Eventaly via Stripe. If payment is not received, your space will be automatically cancelled. If you need more time or help with payments, please contact me directly as deposits can be taken instead of (any deposits paid are non-refundable). Please note, as of June 2025 I have changed bank accounts so if you prefer to pay me directly, please get in touch for my new details. I will not have time to chase up late payments but if you need longer, please just contact me.
- PLI - All stallholders must have PLI & any relevant safety certificates
- Food traders: If you are selling food to eat on site, I will be required to see your risk assessment, food safety certificate & any other relevant certificates.
- T&C's: By submitting an application through Eventaly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions available on our website.
