Bookings open: Wednesday 16th September
Bookings close: Midnight on Thursday 1st October
Traders will be notified via Eventaly shortly after 9th October if they have been successful in securing a pitch.
Cancellations: Must be processed on Eventaly or emailed to [email protected] by Monday 28th October. Please note that after this date, no refunds will be issued and cancelled invoices will still need to be paid in full.
Payment deadline: All invoices must be paid in full by 28 days (4 weeks) before the market. Please note that your pitch is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not made within 28 days of the market, your booking will be cancelled and offered to another trader. An invoice will be issued for the pitch which will require payment.
Traders who supported the market earlier this year and booked pitches for January 2026 will be given priority. Those who also book for January 2027 will receive priority as well.
