We're delighted to welcome applications for The Wedding Fayrest of Them All, returning to Lanark Agricultural Centre on Sunday 25th October 2026.

Whether you're a wedding photographer, cake designer, florist, bridal boutique, celebrant, venue, décor stylist, wedding car company, entertainer or offer something completely different for couples planning their big day, we'd love to hear from you.

We've created a range of exhibition options to suit everything from smaller independent businesses to large-scale décor displays and wedding vehicles.

💍 Single Exhibitor Space – £95

• Approx. 6ft frontage / 6ft x 6ft space
• Includes one 6ft trestle table or round table
• Ideal for independent and solo wedding suppliers
• Suitable for photographers, celebrants, cake makers, stationery, jewellery, beauty, honeymoon/travel suppliers and more
• Space for your own banners and display materials within your allocated footprint

💍 Double Exhibitor Space – £180

• Approx. 12ft frontage
• Includes two tables if required
• Additional room to create a larger, more impactful display
• Ideal for photographers, bridalwear, cakes, florists, venues and businesses with larger product or promotional displays
• Displays must remain within the allocated footprint

✨ Décor / Feature Space – Up to 8ft Frontage – £125

Designed specifically for exhibitors who need more room to showcase their work.

• Up to approximately 8ft frontage
• Ideal for wedding décor stylists, venue dressers, florists, balloon artists, prop hire companies and feature displays
• Create a styled setup that allows couples to really visualise what you can offer for their wedding
• Please provide the full dimensions of your intended setup when applying
• All displays must remain within the space booked

✨ Décor / Feature Space – Up to 12ft Frontage – £180

Our larger feature-display option for businesses wanting to create a substantial showcase.

• Up to approximately 12ft frontage
• Ideal for larger décor installations, venue styling, floristry, backdrops, props and statement displays
• Gives you the opportunity to create a real showcase of your work rather than being restricted to a standard table setup
• Please provide the full dimensions of your intended setup when applying
• All displays must remain within the space booked

✨ Large Décor / Feature Space – Over 12ft

Price on application

For substantial installations, room-set displays or exhibitors requiring an unusual or particularly large footprint.

Please provide details and dimensions of your proposed setup when applying and we will discuss the most suitable space and price with you.

🚗 1 x Wedding Vehicle Display – £95

Showcase one wedding vehicle at the event.

Perfect for wedding car companies and specialist transport providers wanting couples to see their vehicles in person.

🚗 2 x Wedding Vehicle Displays – £180

Showcase two wedding vehicles together and give couples a better look at the different options your business can provide.

🎤 Entertainment Showcase – COMPLIMENTARY for Selected Performers

We're looking for fantastic wedding bands, singers and entertainers to perform live throughout The Wedding Fayrest of Them All.

Selected performers will be offered a complimentary showcase opportunity in exchange for performing live at the event.

This is a fantastic chance to perform directly in front of engaged couples and allow them to experience what you could bring to their wedding day.

Please note: The complimentary showcase relates to the live performance opportunity. If you would also like a dedicated exhibition space for the duration of the event, this should be booked separately.

Applications

Applications are open to businesses across the wedding industry. As we want to create a fantastic and varied experience for attending couples, applications are subject to approval and spaces within each supplier category may be limited.

Please make sure your business profile is fully up to date when applying, including recent photographs of your work, business information and social media links, as these form an important part of our selection process.
