Thank you for considering Reading Vegan Festival.

- Please note that this particular event is exclusively for vegan only businesses.

- Parking is available nearby including The Oracle, Queens Road and Kings Meadow Car Park.

- For outside stalls, you must have a sturdy pop-up gazebo (not a flimsy garden one) and heavy weights (minimum of 12kg on each leg with double recommended in high winds). If we find that your equipment doesn’t withstand the weather or becomes a hazard on the day of the event, then it wouldn’t be suitable to continue trading.

- For inside stalls, a chair and table will be provided for you (exact size/shape will vary as they are restaurant tables, so recommended for those with minimum stock).

- You must have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. See more about documentation requirements at www.sparkleveganevents.com/paperwork.

- Limited power is available on request and subject to availability (we also always recommend having a contingency in case of outages which we can't be responsible for). You will need your own 16A and 32A leads.

- Alcohol traders require a personal licence and a TEN.
