Oxford 10-Day Food & Drink Festival

Trader Applications Open for the 10-Day Oxford Food & Drink Festival 2026

Following a highly successful launch in 2025, the Oxford Food & Drink Festival returns this October, building on a strong debut that saw Broad Street transformed into a vibrant hub of flavour, culture, and community.

Set in one of the UK’s most iconic locations, the 10-day festival will once again take over the heart of Oxford, welcoming locals, visitors, and thousands of students returning to the city for the new academic year. The 2025 event delivered excellent footfall, strong trader performance, and a fantastic atmosphere, firmly establishing the festival as a key date in Oxford’s events calendar.

Celebrating the very best of British food and drink, alongside the rich culinary influences from around the world, the 2026 festival promises to be even bigger and better. With live music, a bus bar, street entertainment, and a wide range of engaging activations, the event will continue to offer something for everyone.

The extended 10-day format creates consistent trading opportunities across multiple audience types — from weekday city workers and students to weekend visitors and tourists — allowing traders to maximise both exposure and revenue.

We are now inviting applications from professional, high-quality artisan makers and food and drink traders who want to be part of this growing flagship event.

Please note:

• This is a 10-day event, and we are only accepting applications from traders able to commit to the full duration.

• A flexible payment instalment plan is available, helping to spread the cost of participation.

This is a standout pre-Christmas trading opportunity in one of the UK’s most prestigious cities, offering access to a wide and diverse audience while being part of an established and growing festival.
