SELECTION PROCESS: Our Saturday markets are very oversubscribed and booked months in advance. Our focus when selecting applicants will be on independent traders selling a broad range of unique items, artisan food and produce, handmade arts and crafts, vintage and flea finds, and delicious street food (limited pitches) and drink. We don't promise exclusivity, but aim for variety.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS: The majority of pitches for the 7 Saturday Markets will be allocated by 20th February.
CONFIRMATION OF A PITCH: Payment by the 7 day invoice deadline is expected in order to confirm a pitch. Non-payment will result in the pitch being reissued to the Waiting List.
WAITING LIST: Once the various pitch types/trader types have been filled, new trader enquiries, or those that weren't successful in the first round, will be moved to the Waiting List, and may be contacted if a cancellation becomes available. If you have been placed on the waiting list, but book on to another market, or decide you no longer want to trade, please delete your application on Eventaly, so that the list is accurate.
PITCH TYPES: There are a number of different pitch types available. For the majority of pitches, the market will provide a physical stall/hall table/gazebo. Images of all of our pitch types are on our social media feeds @haymarketsltd.
