What's it all about?

Funk Fair is Edinburgh’s original vintage market, first established in 2004.

After several successful years and a long pause, Funk Fair is returning - with fresh energy and the same thoughtful curation it was known for.

We specialise in 20th century design, mid-century, retro interiors, vintage clothing and distinctive collectables. Independent and design-led, Funk Fair built a loyal following over the years and is now entering a new chapter.

We are looking for high-quality, well-presented traders selling:

• Vintage furniture & lighting
• Mid-century & retro design
• Vintage clothing (well edited rails)
• Jewellery & accessories
• Collectables, art & vinyl
• Design-led homeware with personality

We prioritise traders with a clear identity, strong styling and thoughtfully sourced stock.

What we expect:

• Authentic, design-led vintage
• A well-presented stand
• Professional communication
• Traders who actively promote their appearance

What you can expect:

• An experienced organiser (20+ years running markets)
• Balanced trader selection - no overcrowding
• Strong branding & marketing
• A supportive, independent trader community

Spaces are limited and selection is curated.

If Funk Fair sounds like your kind of market, we’d love to see your application.

Please note:

You're welcome to apply for multiple dates. Each event is curated individually and confirmations are issued approximately two months prior to each market to ensure the strongest possible line-up for that specific edition.
