Thank you for considering Freedom Fields Festival.

- Arrivals on Friday 24th July at 2-4pm or on Saturday 25th July at 8-9am.

- Trading hours are Saturday 25th July at 10-12am, and Sunday 26th July at 10am-6pm. Food traders are welcome to serve dinner on Friday evening and breakfast on Saturday/Sunday mornings. The pitch fees stated are for the full festival.

- No glass is permitted and single use plastic must be avoided.

- Free parking is available on-site and camping is included.

- You must have a sturdy pop-up gazebo (not a flimsy garden one) and heavy weights (minimum of 12kg on each leg with double recommended in high winds). If we find that your equipment doesn’t withstand the weather or becomes a hazard on the day of the event, then it wouldn’t be suitable to continue trading.

- You must have a minimum of £5m Public Liability Insurance. See more about documentation requirements at www.sparkleveganevents.com/paperwork.

- Power is available at a cost of £75 paid directly to the sanctuary on request and subject to availability. Gas and silent generators are permitted.

- Ticket sales are estimated at up to 1000.
