If you’re new to trading at FarGo, we encourage you to review our Events Manual and Terms & Conditions. If you’ve traded with us before, feel free to revisit them as a reminder.

We highly encourage traders to take advantage of the full weekend package, as it provides maximum exposure and the opportunity to engage with attendees visiting on both days. *Please note that priority will likely be given to traders who are available to attend for the entire weekend.

If you’re only able to attend for one day, please make sure to select a stall type that includes the ‘(One Day)’ option when applying.

*Applying does not guarantee automatic acceptance; you must receive an official confirmation from and have your invoice paid before the deadline.

Event Timings

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Set up 1.5hrs in advance)
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Set up available from 10:00AM)

There are 3 different pitch options available for the whole weekend: [Will appear split across both days when applying, so please make sure to select both Saturday and Sunday for full weekend attendance]

• Single Stall - £57: A 6ft x 2ft trestle table we provide you indoors.
• Double Stall - £79: 12ft x 2ft trestle table we provide you indoors.
• Outdoor Pitch Space - £42: 3M x 3M space - You must provide your own gazebo, table, and equipment. You will be allocated a spot within the village. If you require access to power, please complete the requirements form below.

Additional Requirements Form: If you would like to request for a particular position, bringing additional items like a clothes rail, or needing access to power—please detail them in this form HERE. (*We will do our best to accommodate requests for extra space or power access, but please note that availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed). *You must notify us of your requirements by the Friday before the event.

If you are attending the event for two consecutive days, you may leave your stall set up. The venue and the site will be locked overnight; however, any belongings left on-site are at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for them during the overnight period.

Invoice Payments: Payment is due two weeks before the weekend of the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, your space will be automatically canceled and removed from the lineup. If you need additional time or assistance with payments, please contact [email protected] in a timely manner.

For bookings made after this deadline, payment will be required upon receipt of the invoice.

Please note that the FarGo Village Management team reserves the right to prohibit you from trading on the premises if there are any concerns regarding the nature of your products, if you have not made a payment, or if you engage in inappropriate behavior.

T&Cs Agreement: By submitting an application through Eventaly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the event details and terms and conditions stated here.

Indie Mart Fair Trading Policy*

If you are a trader who has been accepted to participate in Indie Mart, please inform us. To ensure fairness and variety, we cannot showcase the same products at this one-off weekend market, as it would be unfair to other traders.

However, Indie Mart runs every week Wed-Sun, providing plenty of opportunities for all traders to take part. You are welcome to be present and engage with customers at the market event using your existing stall in Indie Mart. Please coordinate with Indie Mart Manager, Joanne, in advance to make the necessary arrangements. Kindly inform her before attending to ensure everything is properly organised. This policy helps maintain a diverse and exciting shopping experience for visitors while ensuring equal opportunities for all independent businesses.
