Haddington Corn Exchange Makers Market

Held in the beautiful Haddington Corn Exchange, our market brings together makers in the Main Hall, alongside seasonal workshops in the workshop room, interactive activities, alongside delicious baked goods from a local bakers.

Our Markets

Each market is carefully curated to showcase a gorgeous collection of locally produced handmade crafts and products, celebrating the creativity and talent of independent makers from across the region. Visitors can browse a diverse range of handmade products, including art, accessories, jewellery, clothing, candles, ceramics, homewares, textiles, houseplants and much more.

On selected market dates, we also welcome talented young makers, providing an opportunity for emerging creatives to showcase their work alongside established artisans.

Our markets provide a fantastic opportunity for customers to discover unique handmade products, support local businesses, and shop small.

Workshop Opportunities

We use the workshop room for creative workshops and the stage for visiting choirs or suitable performances.

Workshop Room

  • Capacity: Up to 20 attendees

Workshop sessions run for 2 hours and are available during the following times:

  • 10.00am - 12.00pm
  • 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Application Closing Dates

September & October Markets / Pop-Ups

  • Applications close: Sunday 24 May

November & December Markets / Pop-Ups

  • Applications close: Sunday 26 July

All applicants will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of their application shortly after the relevant closing date.

  • Fully accessible venue with access via the main entrance and disabled ramp access at the side of the building.
  • Dog-friendly (dogs must be kept on leads).
  • Free entry.

  • Easily accessible by public transport via Bus routes 106, 108, X6 & X7.
