The event will open to the public at 9am and traders will begin packing down at around 5pm. This is to match the shopping centre opening times.
Unloading will begin at 7:30am. People will not be able to pack up until the event is finished at 4pm unless they have prior agreement from myself.
Directions
You will need to go to the shopping centre service yard to unload. This is just off station road (please see screenshot attached). Use this Google maps pin to get to the right place: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7Af9C7G5npoGVPaB9
Unloading & Parking
We will send out a plan of the centre the week of the event showing where to park whilst unloading and setting up your stalls. Once your stall has been set up you will need to move your vehicle to the rear Riverside car park behind Pets at Home for the day. They do not allow vehicles into the shopping centre. Directions to the Riverside rear car park are also shown on the attached map. Please ensure we are sent your registration details before the event so we can pass onto security so you don't get a parking ticket.
The walkway through to the centre for the stall holders from the service yard is also marked on the map. There is quite a distance from the unloading bays to the market location so if you have a trolly we highly recommend bringing this with you.
Please confirm your arrival and where to set up with the event manager.
You must bring your own tables and/or gazebo and equipment with you. Your pitch either accommodates a 6ft table top pitch or 3m x 3m gazebo (unless otherwise arranged). Please also bring appropriate weights for your gazebo even if the forecast is for low winds
