- The event is an INDOOR event taking place inside the Clevedon Community Centre.
- The event is open from 10am - 3pm to the public.
- Traders can arrive from 8:30am.
- Tables are provided by the venue for this event.
Unloading info
Timings:
The event will open to the public at 10am and traders will begin packing down at around 3pm.
Unloading will begin at 8:30am. People will not be able to pack up until the event is finished at 3pm unless they have prior agreement from myself.

Unloading & Parking
There is a load in door at the side of the venue. You may have to wait for space outside the venue to become free to pull up and or alternatively you can unload from the main road.
There is parking nearby. I would recommend parking in Marson Rd Carpark (Clevedon, North Somerset BS21) or Great Western Road Car Park (Clevedon BS21 6PD).
Your pitch
Tables are provided by the venue. Your pitch accommodates a 6ft x 2ft table (some of you have been given a double pitch)
Please ensure you have a table cover and you check the security of the table legs before setting up, no responsibility can be taken for tables collapsing.
You are not permitted to fix anything onto the venue walls. Pull up banners are allowed.
Floorplan
- Please see the floor plan attached.
- If you plan to switch pitches with another trader please consult both myself and the other trader first.
- Any special requests for pitch placement will have been taken into consideration.
- If you are unhappy with your pitch please make me aware as soon as possible.
Outdoor pitches
There are NO outdoor pitches for this event.
Electricity
Electricity will only be provided to those who booked in advance of the event. If you have booked electricity please bring extension cables with you and ensure that all your equipment is PAT tested. The sockets in the venue are standard 13amp domestic plugs. No gas inside.
Wifi
There is wifi for this event which will be confirmed on the day.
Waste
Please take all of your waste with you as per our terms and conditions. We are unable to accommodate your waste.
Pack up
- The event finishes at 3pm.
- Strictly no packing away before 3pm as this could become a safety issue with patrons still at the event
Health & Safety
Please make sure you have all your correct documentation with you in case Environmental Health officers turn up and ask to see it.
What to bring:
- A copy of your public liability insurance.
- A completed risk assessment
- Hand sanitizer for yourself and for customers if they are handling your products.
If you are serving food:
- A copy of your Food Safety Certificate
- Allergen information and risk assessment (including fire assessment if cooking)
- Appropriate sneeze guards covering your food
- Way of cleaning your hands before you touch food
- A cover or matting to cover the venue floor so there are no food spillages/stains (if you damage the venue floor and you will be liable for any damages)
All traders must have the above. If you do not have these you will not be able to trade on the day.
Verbal/Physical Abuse
Please note that any verbal or physical abuse towards other stallholders, members of the public, caretakers or management will not be tolerated. Any stall holder exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and all future events booked in with us will be immediately cancelled.
Fire Procedures
Please familiarise yourself with the Fire Procedure in the venue, maps are located by the fire doors
Expected footfall
We will be running Facebook, Instagram and Google ads in the run up to this event. As well as listing it on free and paid online listings and displaying posters up at the venue in the weeks running up to the event.
